This American IPA defines the sessionable experience, delivering a vibrant sensory punch while remaining remarkably drinkable. A complex array of hops, including Simcoe and Amarillo, provides a bright bouquet of pink grapefruit, floral blossoms, and fresh pine needles. The grain bill, featuring a variety of specialty malts, provides a subtle toasted cracker and grainy sweetness that supports the hop-forward profile without adding weight. It strikes a precise balance between firm bitterness and a clean, crisp finish. Designed for refreshment, it captures the essence of a traditional India Pale Ale in a lighter, more accessible frame that remains sharp and aromatic.
Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a persistent, white, medium-sized head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Prominent citrus (grapefruit) and piney resinous hop character. Light floral notes and subtle esters. Low grainy-sweet malt background with a hint of toasted bread; clean fermentation profile.
