Magnetic Fields is a luminous Hazy IPA that captures an intense spectrum of hop-derived flavors through its intentional seasonal blend. The heavy dry-hopping of Strata, Citra, and Motueka creates a complex sensory profile where notes of ripe strawberry and tropical passionfruit collide with bright mojito lime zest and pink grapefruit. A clean, bready malt backbone supports the massive fruit expression without introducing distracting caramel or toast. The mouthfeel is characteristically soft and plush, leading to a smooth, juicy finish with a restrained, integrated bitterness. It is a vibrant winter offering, providing a tropical escape through a balanced and irresistibly hop-forward experience.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (SRM 4-6) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passionfruit and strawberry from the Strata, complemented by bright lime from Motueka and tropical mango from Citra. Low bready and grainy malt character in the background with clean, neutral fermentation esters.
