This vibrant Gose showcases a sophisticated intersection of traditional brewing and North Carolina terroir. A base of local barley and local wheat malt provides a soft, doughy foundation for the bright acidity of the brewery's mixed house cultures. Aging in American oak foeders and wine barrels introduces a subtle woody structure that complements the tart, nuanced depth of second-use Montmorency and Balaton cherries. Crisp, refreshing, and naturally conditioned, it concludes with a bone-dry, mineral finish.

Appearance. Hazy rose to soft ruby color with a pink-tinted, moderate white head featuring tight bubbles and good retention; highly effervescent.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring sharp lactic tartness and doughy wheat malt; pronounced notes of bright cherries and floral chamomile are supported by a subtle oaky vanilla and a faint mineral saltiness.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing, followed by a light bready malt flavor.
