En 2008, durante un viaje por las regiones cerveceras de Bélgica y Francia esta semilla se riega con las mejores cervezas disponibles en cada taberna. En este mismo viaje se produce el primer contacto con productores de cerveza artesanal y en ese momento se puede decir que la semilla ha sido sembrada.
En 2010, en Barcelona se produce el hito mas importante hasta el día de hoy ya que se adquiere el primer equipo y se comienza con la experimentación. De la semilla surge el primer brote.
En 2012 llegamos a Santiago de Chile, la cultura cervecera local da un nuevo impulso al proyecto y surgen nuevas variedades de cerveza que obtienen grandes reconocimientos en diversos foros. Surge la idea de dar a conocer el producto. Ya se ven las primeras espigas.
Ahora en 2015 aterrizamos en la Sierra de Aracena, con experiencia y nueva imagen, para satisfacer los paladares más exquisitos!
