Folkingebrew Synergy is a vibrant New England Double IPA that masterfully balances a complex hop profile with a soft, rounded malt base. Brewed with low-color Golden Promise, pilsner malt, and a substantial addition of oats, it offers a creamy, pillowy texture. The aroma is an intense fusion of tropical citrus from Citra and El Dorado, interwoven with the unique raspberry and stone fruit character of the experimental HBC 630. Fermented with LAIII yeast, the flavor profile is packed with juicy peach, mango, and berry notes, finishing with a restrained, smooth bitterness that enhances its high drinkability and highlights the synergistic hop interaction.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Fully opaque and hazy with a thick, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring heavy tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), citrus, and a distinctive berry and cream note from HBC 630. Soft bready malt and fruity fermentation esters like peach and apricot from the LAIII yeast.

Taste. Bold tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors dominate. The Golden Promise provides a light, bready support that balances a soft, moderate bitterness. Mid-palate highlights of melon and raspberry lead to a clean, juicy, and smooth finish with no harshness.
