Endless Summer is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures a lush, tropical landscape through a sophisticated hop profile. The aromatics are dominated by a complex trio of hops: Citra brings bright layers of lime and mango, while Strata adds distinct notes of sweet strawberry and a subtle, dank depth. Sabro rounds out the profile with its signature creamy coconut and hints of cedar. This combination creates a massive juicy sensation supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. With a smooth, medium-full body and restrained bitterness, the experience is plush and fruit-forward, finishing with a lingering tropical sweetness and gentle warmth.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (5-6 SRM); opaque with a uniform, luminous haze. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring heavy tropical notes of passionfruit and mango, intertwined with ripe strawberry. A distinct creamy coconut and lime zest character is present. Low bready, grainy malt provides a neutral base, while fermentation esters are clean and supportive of the intense fruit profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit punch, highlighting mango and pineapple. Mid-palate reveals sweet berry and a unique coconut creaminess. Malt flavor is low, suggesting soft wheat or oats. Perceived bitterness is low-moderate, balanced perfectly against the fruit density to avoid harshness. The finish is off-dry and plush, with a lingering aftertaste of tropical fruit and a hint of herbal dankness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the creamy feel without being prickly. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, commensurate with the 7.5% ABV.
