This Double IPA radiates with a pungent, multi-layered hop bouquet driven by Nelson Sauvin Cryo, El Dorado, and Riwaka. Expect a saturated sensory experience where the Nelson Sauvin Cryo imparts distinctive notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberry, while El Dorado layers in sweet tropical pineapple and stone fruit. Riwaka adds a sharp, citrusy edge with hints of passion fruit and a signature dankness. The malt remains a quiet, supportive foundation of pale grains, allowing the intense hop oils to dominate. It finishes with a clean, firm bitterness and a soft, alcohol-warmed smoothness characteristic of its strength.

Appearance. Gold to light orange (7-9 SRM); opaque and hazy with a dense, persistent off-white head that provides heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), white wine grape, and zesty grapefruit. Secondary notes of passion fruit and a hint of resinous spice over a clean, neutral malt background.

Taste. Vibrant initial impressions of tropical and citrus hop flavors. Moderately high bitterness provides a crisp counterpoint to the soft, grainy malt base. Notes of melon and lime pith emerge mid-palate, finishing medium-dry with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.
