A sophisticated dry hop using The Bruce—a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Rakau—unleashes a layered sensory profile of zesty lime, crushed gooseberry, and tropical stone fruit. Nuanced notes of dandelion jelly provide a unique floral sweetness against a bright, cracker-like malt backdrop.
