Link Up is a vibrant Hazy IPA that marries Vermont-grown ingredients with a mission-driven spirit. A base of VT Malthouse Pilsner malt and NEK Grains Wheat creates a pillowy, soft foundation with subtle bready sweetness and a hazy golden glow. The hop profile is led by Citra and Cascade, delivering layers of bright tangerine, pink grapefruit, and tropical mango. A significant dry-hop addition of Sabro introduces a distinct creamy coconut and lime undertone that complements the beer’s full-bodied texture. Smooth and juicy, this 7% ale finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness, emphasizing a lush, fruit-forward profile that defines the New England style.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a substantial, uniform haze that provides a soft shine. Topped with a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring punchy tropical notes of mango and pineapple, citrus zest, and a distinct coconut creaminess from Sabro. A low, clean, grainy-bready malt character from the wheat and pilsner base sits in the background, supported by fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors echoing the aroma with tangerine, pink grapefruit, and stone fruit. The malt provides a soft, bready, and slightly sweet grain flavor that balances the low to medium-high perceived bitterness. A unique coconut and tropical cream note lingers into the finish.
