Taste. Strong hop flavors of citrus zest and pineapple lead into a mid-palate of soft pine and resin. Moderately high bitterness is firm but lacks harshness. Malt is low and unobtrusive, providing a clean, slightly grainy support. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture and medium-high carbonation. Displays a restrained, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any hop-derived astringency.
