Appearance. Distinctive pink to light magenta hue (SRM 6-9) from the fruit addition; hazy to nearly opaque clarity. Features a moderate, frothy white head with a faint pink tint and good retention.

Aroma. High intensity with dominant notes of fresh grapefruit zest and pith, followed by the mild, tropical sweetness of dragon fruit. Moderate lactic sourness is present alongside a light, doughy wheat malt character and a subtle, clean mineral saltiness. No hop aroma.
