Flying Monkeys The Matador Version 2.0 El Toro Bravo is a complex Alternative Grain Beer that layers the spicy, drying snap of Rye over a decadent Triple Chocolate Milk Stout base. It pours a deep, peppery brown with striking oxblood highlights. The aroma is a sophisticated blend of earthy Spanish cedar, sweet toffee malts, and the refined herbal spice of Hallertauer hops. Appearance. Opaque, dark peppery brown with deep oxblood red highlights. Features a thick, creamy, tan-to-light-brown head with excellent retention and moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of dark chocolate, sweet toffee, and roasted malts. Notable spicy and peppery notes from the rye are complemented by unique herbal, resinous Spanish cedar and earthy wood. Low noble hop spice from Hallertauer is present.

Hop bitterness is moderate but well-integrated against the lactose sweetness.
