This Imperial Berliner Weisse presents a vibrant, saturated sensory experience, pushing the boundaries of the traditional style with an elevated ABV and a dense fruit profile. An intense medley of Blackberry, Blueberry, and Blackcurrant drives a deep, tart berry character that dominates the palate. The sharp lactic acidity is artfully softened by a smooth layer of Vanilla, which adds a creamy, dessert-like depth while maintaining a refreshing profile. A faint, intriguing floral spice from Rosepepper emerges on the finish, providing a sophisticated counterpoint to the jammy fruit. It remains effervescent and crisp, balancing bold dark fruit with a clean, acidic structure.

Appearance. Deep ruby to opaque purple. Large, dense, pink-tinted head with moderate retention. Opaque clarity due to high fruit concentration and wheat protein.

Aroma. High intensity lactic sourness dominant. Rich, jammy notes of blackberry and tart blackcurrant are prominent, supported by a sweet vanilla creaminess. A subtle floral, peppery spice is detectable. Low bready wheat notes in the background.

Taste. Initial sharp lactic acidity. Intense flavors of tart blackcurrant and juicy blackberry, followed by a softer blueberry sweetness.
