FlyBrew Partly Cloudy is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Sabro, Mosaic, and Talus. High-intensity aromatics of creamy coconut and tropical pineapple from the Sabro lead the charge, followed by the complex berry and stone fruit notes characteristic of Mosaic. Talus adds a distinctive layer of pink grapefruit and subtle floral rose petals. The sensory experience is anchored by a soft, pillowy malt base of light bready character, providing a smooth canvas for the juicy profile. With a restrained perceived bitterness and a lush, medium-full body, this beer delivers a refreshing burst of citrus and tropical depth that finishes clean and fruity.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Distinctively hazy, bordering on opaque with a luminous shine. Pours with a dense, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves beautiful lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense and multi-layered hop bouquet. Prominent notes of coconut, tangerine, and ripe mango are complemented by underlying hints of blueberry and citrus zest. Malt presence is subtle but foundational, offering a clean, grainy, and slightly bready scent. Esters are fruity and well-integrated with no clashing fermentation byproducts or sulfur.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavor dominates the palate, mirroring the aroma with rich pineapple, pink grapefruit, and stone fruit. The malt flavor is low to moderate, providing a neutral, cereal-like support. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as soft rather than sharp. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, leading to an off-dry, smooth finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. It exhibits a smooth, rounded mouthfeel without any harsh astringency, raw starch texture, or hop burn. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated.
