This Brett Beer presents a complex union of stone fruit and funk, shaped by eighteen months of maturation. Appearance. Deep ruby to garnet with a slight pinkish haze from the cherry addition. Effervescent with a moderate, fine-textured light-pink head that shows fair retention and leaves light lacing.
