This refreshing Fruit Beer presents a vibrant sensory profile centered on the exotic essence of passion fruit. Pouring a delicate golden hue with a remarkably persistent, extraordinary white foam head, it immediately releases a sharp, tangy aroma of fresh maracuja. The low alcohol content emphasizes a crisp, thirst-quenching character, making it an ideal summer aperitif. On the palate, the assertive tartness of the fruit is balanced by a subtle, clean malt backbone, likely derived from a wheat-based mash. The finish is remarkably fresh and dry, driven by the natural acidity of the passion fruit rather than hop bitterness, ensuring high drinkability.
Appearance. Slightly golden color (SRM 3-5) with a brilliant to slightly hazy clarity. It is topped by an extraordinary, dense, and long-lasting white head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by the acidic and tropical scent of fresh passion fruit. Secondary notes include a light, grainy wheat malt sweetness and very low spicy yeast esters, with virtually no hop presence or fermentation byproducts.
Taste. The initial impression is a bright, tart burst of passion fruit flavor. A light, crackery malt profile provides a brief foundation before the fruit’s natural acidity takes over. Bitterness is very low, allowing the tangy fruit character to lead into a clean, short, and highly refreshing finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a crisp, lively high carbonation that enhances the refreshing quality. No alcohol warmth is perceived given the low ABV, and the mouthfeel remains smooth and refreshing without any lingering astringency.
