Brasserie Lefebvre

This Belgian Blond Ale presents a luminous golden hue, derived from premium pale spring malts that anchor the profile with a grainy-sweet foundation. The aroma is a complex tapestry of fresh orchard fruit, specifically notes of banana and pineapple, interwoven with a subtle citrus zest. On the palate, a soft entry of light caramel and candy sugar evolves into a well-rounded body. Fine hops provide a delicate, spicy counterpoint to the yeast-driven esters. Appearance. Deep gold color (SRM 5-6). Large, dense, and creamy off-white head with excellent retention and Belgian lacing. Unfiltered presentation results in a subtle, attractive haze.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a grainy-sweet, crackery malt base and a hint of toasty caramel. Distinctive fruity esters of banana and pineapple are complemented by light citrus notes. Subtle spicy-peppery phenols and a hint of earthy hops linger in the background with a faint, perfumy alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is of smooth, grainy-sweet malt with a faint touch of caramelized candy sugar. Fruit flavors of pineapple and lemon are prominent, balanced by a mild peppery yeast character. The hop flavor is light and earthy, leading to a medium-dry, soft finish with a faint, distinctive liquorice aftertaste and moderate bitterness.

Теперь Пьер и Филип Лефевры представители 4 и 5 поколения династии взяли на себя ответственность за доброе имя пивоварни. В сложной конкурентной борьбе Lefebvre выходит на международный рынок. С 1983 года к делам компании были допущены представители женской половины семейства Лефевров.
