This Triple IPA offers an immersive sensory experience defined by a lush, intensely creamy texture and a saturated hop profile. The use of Citra and Mosaic provides a foundational explosion of tropical fruit and citrus, while a concentrated application of Nelson Sauvin via SubZero Hop Kief™ introduces distinctive notes of juicy white grape and a subtle fresh herbal undertone. Despite its significant strength, the palate remains remarkably soft with a firm body that supports a balanced, lingering bitterness. It is a decadent, fruit-forward ale that marries modern hop intensity with a smooth, warming finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper color (8-10 SRM). Displays a persistent, dense, off-white head with excellent lacing. Presents a moderate haze consistent with heavy dry-hopping and modern high-gravity brewing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics dominate, featuring bright mango, passion fruit, and blueberry. The Nelson Sauvin addition contributes a unique dimension of crushed gooseberry and white wine grapes. Background malt is clean and neutral, with a well-integrated, soft alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical stone fruit and juicy citrus. The mid-palate reveals the complex, vinous character of Nelson Sauvin. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but remains smooth without harshness. The malt provides a soft, bready support, finishing medium-dry with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and notably creamy, bordering on viscous. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high, providing enough lift to balance the weight. A noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, reflecting its 10% strength without being solventy.
