This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile focused on a "super soft" mouthfeel and an explosive fruit character. The aromatic experience is driven by a potent combination of Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe hops, which together deliver a layered bouquet of citrus zest, mango, and passionfruit. Centennial provides a bright lemon and floral foundation, while Citra and Simcoe amplify the tropical intensity with notes of pineapple and a subtle piney depth. The palate follows suit with a massive fruit kick, supported by a gentle, bready malt backbone and a restrained bitterness that ensures a smooth, juice-like finish and exceptional drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and substantial lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring dominant citrus (grapefruit, lime) and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple). Low, clean, bready malt resides in the background with supportive fruity esters; no hop grassiness or harshness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of orange, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral base. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, masking its IBU count with a soft, rounded delivery. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering tropical aftertaste without any sharp or resinous burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a pillowy, soft texture and no astringency. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth, consistent with its 5.5% ABV, contributing to a smooth and refreshing character.
