Floem’s DE DANS is a quintessential Hazy IPA, delivering a vibrant sensory experience defined by its lush, tropical character. The heavy use of Citra and Riwaka hops creates a potent bouquet of grapefruit, zesty lime, and sweet passion fruit. On the palate, the beer is remarkably smooth, leaning into a creamy, full-bodied texture that carries the intense fruit-forward hop flavors without any harsh edges. A subtle, bready malt foundation supports the massive citrus notes, leading to a soft, low-bitterness finish. This expression showcases the signature juicy profile, balancing bright tropical fruit with a pillowy, rounded mouthfeel that remains effortlessly drinkable and refined.

Appearance. Straw to light orange in color (SRM 4-6). Opaque with a consistent, luminous haze and a brilliant shine. Topped with a medium, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of lime, passion fruit, and grapefruit. Background malt is clean, grainy, and lightly bready. Fermentation character is neutral to mildly fruity, supporting the hop profile without any buttery or acidic notes.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and sharp citrus. Low to medium-low grainy malt flavor. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as soft and gentle, which masks any potential harshness. The finish is off-dry and remarkably smooth, with a lingering, clean fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with 7% ABV. Entirely smooth with no astringency or hop-related harshness.
