This Hazy IPA is a vibrant collaboration between Floc and Rivington, showcasing a juicy profile driven by an intensive double dry-hopping process. Nectaron and Peacharine hops provide dominant stone fruit notes of nectarine and ripe peach. Nelson Sauvin introduces a sophisticated layer of white grape and crushed gooseberry, while Motueka adds a bright, zesty lime finish. Together, these New Zealand and modern varieties create a tropical intensity over a soft, hazy malt base. Expect a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel with restrained bitterness, allowing the lush, fruity hop oils to take center stage in a refreshing and aromatic display.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-5 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Thick, rocky white head with excellent retention and dense, meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive stone fruit notes of peach and nectarine, followed by tropical lime zest and white grape skin. Clean, bready, and lightly grainy malt sits in the background. Absence of caramel or toast; no harsh grassy notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring immediate nectarine and peach, transitioning into tropical lime and subtle white grape. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that remains soft and well-integrated. Neutral fermentation profile. The finish is off-dry and fruit-forward with a lingering, juice-like aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth texture with no astringency or hop burn. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
