This bright American IPA showcases a vibrant, hop-forward profile driven by a classic quartet of Columbus, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops. The sensory experience is defined by a crisp interplay of resinous pine and sharp citrus zest, underpinned by lush tropical notes of mango and passionfruit. A lean, clean malt backbone provides essential structure without competing for attention, leading to a decidedly dry and refreshing finish. Its assertive bitterness is well-integrated, showcasing the modern clarity and punchy aromatics of the style, making it a definitive example of a clean, hop-centric ale with a focused, resinous edge.

Appearance. Color is a deep gold to light amber (approximately 8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a persistent, medium-sized white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine and dankness, layered with grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical mango. A low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is neutral and clean.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of pine and citrus peel followed by stone fruit. Low grainy malt flavor with a hint of toasted cracker. Medium-high hop bitterness is sharp but clean. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, finishing dry with a lingering, bitter, and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a lively mouthfeel. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency.
