Floc. Skies presents as a vibrant, modern take on the American Pale Ale, leaning into a soft, contemporary profile. The sensory experience is driven by a layered hop bill of Citra, Luminosa, and HBC 1019, which produces a high-intensity bouquet of bright citrus, white peach, and tropical melon. The palate follows suit, offering a juicy interplay of stone fruit and lemonade flavors over a subtle, neutral malt backbone. While it maintains the style's characteristic moderate bitterness, the finish is remarkably smooth and clean. This beer balances the drinkability of a classic pale ale with the vibrant, fruit-forward complexity of New World hops.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5–7 SRM) with a pronounced haze. Topped by a moderately large, creamy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit and lime from Citra, complemented by distinct white peach and tropical melon notes from Luminosa and HBC 1019. Low neutral, grainy maltiness; clean fermentation profile with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Bright hop-forward flavors of citrus zest, nectarine, and tropical fruit. The bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, providing a clean balance against a low bready malt character. Finishes medium-dry and juicy with lingering notes of stone fruit and citrus, avoiding any harsh resin.
