This vibrant Double IPA is a singular celebration of the Motueka hop, utilizing early, mid, and late harvest selections from Freestyle Hops alongside Hop Kief to deliver an immersive aromatic experience. The sensory profile is dominated by a sharp, zesty lime character, seamlessly transitioning into lush tropical fruit and nuanced citrus undertones. Despite its potent 8% ABV, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance, avoiding heavy caramel tones in favor of a clean, supportive malt backbone. Every sip offers a complex hop intensity that is both bold and refreshing, concluding with a dry, lingering bitterness that highlights the bright, southern hemisphere hop personality.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing. While the style allows for clarity, this modern iteration presents a soft, luminous haze.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent zesty lime, crushed citrus leaf, and tropical fruit notes of melon and papaya. Background malt is clean and neutral with a slight grainy sweetness. Very low fruity esters and a clean, subtle alcohol presence.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity mirroring the aroma with bold lime zest and tropical fruit. Firm but smooth bitterness provides structure without harshness.
