This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant tropical profile driven by a deliberate blend of Citra, Idaho 7, and Vic Secret hops. Citra provides a bright foundation of sweet mango and zesty grapefruit, while Idaho 7 adds layers of ripe apricot and a subtle, resinous depth. Vic Secret elevates the aromatic intensity with punchy notes of fresh pineapple and passionfruit. The beer presents a luminous, opaque glow and a pillowy texture that carries these intense hop flavors across the palate. With restrained bitterness and a clean, bready malt backbone, the focus remains entirely on the lush, juicy fruit character and a smooth, off-dry finish.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3–7 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromas of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), stone fruit (apricot), and citrus (grapefruit); background notes of neutral, bready malt; clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with mango, pineapple, and citrus citrus citrus; low to medium-low bitterness that is smooth and never harsh; low bready malt sweetness; off-dry, soft finish with lingering tropical fruit notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture; medium carbonation; smooth mouthfeel without astringency or harshness; very low alcohol warmth.
