This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a heavy double dry-hop of Mosaic, Motueka, and Simcoe. The aroma is an immediate explosion of tropical mango and zesty lime, underpinned by a classic Simcoe pine resin. On the palate, the mouthfeel is exceptionally soft and pillowy, carrying flavors of crushed pineapple and bright citrus zest. The grainy, bready malt provides a subtle, supportive backbone that allows the juicy hop character to shine without being cloying. It finishes with a delicate, restrained bitterness and a lingering fruit-forward smoothness, embodying the style's signature drinkability and depth.

Appearance. Straw to light golden (4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Topped with a persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves substantial lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and lime citrus. A distinct Simcoe piney resin provides depth, supported by a clean, bready, grainy malt profile and light fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of pineapple and grapefruit with a subtle resinous undertone. Malt flavor is low and bready. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle sparkle. No hop harshness or astringency is present, with just a light hint of alcohol warmth.
