Pass In Time is a robust Imperial Porter crafted in collaboration with Estonia’s Põhjala, delivering an intensified take on the American Porter style. The sensory profile is dominated by a profound roasted malt foundation, showcasing layers of bittersweet dark chocolate and fresh-pressed espresso. Subtle smoked undertones provide a complex, savory depth that weaves through the decadent malt character. Despite its 8.4% ABV strength, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance, finishing with a luxurious, velvety smoothness. Earthy hop bitterness provides necessary structure, ensuring the rich, roasted grains lead the experience without becoming cloyingly sweet or overly aggressive.

Appearance. Deep, opaque ebony approaching black, with faint ruby-garnet highlights when held to light. Crowned by a thick, persistent tan head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of roasted malt featuring dark chocolate, espresso, and lightly burnt grain. Notable secondary notes of subtle wood smoke and earthy hop character, with low dark fruit esters in the background.
