This vibrant Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Floc and Rivington Brewing Co, radiates with a massive bouquet of tropical fruit and bright citrus. The heavy use of Kohia Nelson, Manilita, Nectaron, and Citra hops creates a saturated sensory profile defined by crushed passionfruit, ripe nectarine, and sweet lime zest. On the palate, the hop-derived oils offer a juicy depth, supported by a soft, pillowy malt base of light bread and grain. The finish is remarkably smooth with minimal bitterness, allowing the layered floral and stone fruit notes to linger. It is a modern, aromatic showcase of biotransformation and hop intensity.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. It is topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick, trailing lacing.

Aroma. High intensity and profoundly aromatic. Waves of tropical passionfruit, succulent peach, and nectarine dominate, followed by bright grapefruit and lime zest. Substantial floral notes weave through the fruit. The malt provides a clean, neutral, lightly bready backdrop without any toasted or caramel character.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of tropical juice. Intense flavors of white grape and passionfruit lead into a citrus-heavy mid-palate. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness ensures a soft profile. The malt flavor is supportive and grainy-sweet, finishing off-dry and clean with a lingering, fruit-saturated aftertaste that avoids any hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the drinkability. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth, but no harshness, acidity, or raw starchiness.
