Floc. Kuri is an intensely aromatic Hazy IPA that showcases a vibrant collaboration with Tripping Animals. Utilizing a potent blend of Simcoe and Mosaic hops in both T90 and Cryo formats, the sensory profile is dominated by bold orange citrus and saturated tropical fruit notes like mango and papaya. A soft, bready malt backbone supports the massive hop load without clashing, while the fermentation remains clean and supportive. The experience is defined by its juicy depth, where the resinous pine of Simcoe meets the berry-like complexity of Mosaic, culminating in a smooth, low-bitterness finish.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (SRM 4-6) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy navel orange, ripe mango, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of resinous pine and light blueberry emerge from the Simcoe and Mosaic blend. Malt is supportive and understated, offering a clean, bready, and grainy character.

Taste. Leads with a massive wave of juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors, specifically orange zest and stone fruit. The malt provides a soft, neutral, cereal-like platform. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as a gentle floral snap that quickly gives way to a soft, off-dry finish. Fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters that enhance the hop profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. Very light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no astringency or hop burn.
