Floc

This collaborative Hazy IPA from Floc. and Rivington Brew Co. presents a luminous, opaque yellow pour topped by a resilient, meringue-like head. The protein-heavy grist creates a remarkably soft, pillowy canvas for a massive hop showcase. Aromatic intensity is high, dominated by the signature dank and berry-forward character of Strata hops, layered with the complex tropical and citrus punch of Mosaic. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt backbone supports waves of passionfruit, grapefruit, and an earthy resinous note. It finishes exceptionally smooth with a restrained bitterness and a lingering, juicy fruitiness that highlights the expert whirlpool and dry-hop techniques.

Appearance. Opaque pale straw to deep yellow with a hazy, luminous shine; features a dense, rocky, white head with high retention and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics featuring tropical passionfruit, mango, and citrus; prominent resinous 'dank' notes and berry undertones; supported by a clean, neutral, lightly grainy malt background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of grapefruit and stone fruit; moderate bitterness that is well-masked by a soft, bready malt presence; off-dry finish with lingering tropical notes and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, silky texture; moderate carbonation; very light alcohol warmth; lacks any acidic twang or astringency.
