Endless Smile presents as a delicate yet expressive American IPA, expertly scaled down for high drinkability. The aroma is driven by a vibrant trifecta of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic, delivering a bouquet of ripe passion fruit, zesty lime, and sweet blueberries. Despite its light stature, it maintains a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that complements the tropical fruit intensity. A clean, crackery malt base provides a subtle stage for the hops to shine without overwhelming the palate. The finish is crisp and dry, marked by a gentle citrus-peel bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly capturing the soft easy drinking vibes intended by the brewer.
Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, frothy white head with good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (passion fruit), citrus (grapefruit and lime), and berry notes. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hop presentation with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Bright tropical and stone fruit hop flavors lead the palate. Low grainy malt provides a subtle, crackery backbone. Bitterness is medium-low, providing balance without harshness. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering citrusy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Entirely lacks alcohol warmth, finishing crisp and refreshing with no astringency.
