The experience is intentionally bright and crisp, delivering a refreshing bitterness that cleanses the palate. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderately-high hop intensity featuring prominent notes of grapefruit and lime zest from the Citra, alongside the distinctive white grape, gooseberry, and tropical passionfruit character of Nelson Sauvin.
