Flipside Brewing’s Last Stop IPA is a quintessentially bright American IPA that showcases a vibrant, citrus-forward hop profile. Intense aromas of grapefruit and floral orange blossom from Centennial blend seamlessly with the tropical mango and lime zest of Citra. A foundational layer of earthy resin and forest pine, courtesy of Simcoe, provides a classic West Coast depth. The palate follows with a sharp, clean bitterness that cuts through a light, bready malt backbone. It finishes crisp and dry, leaving a lingering trail of citrus peel and resinous hop oils that emphasize its hop-forward balance.
