Fermented with both Saison yeast and Brettanomyces, it offers a complex, dry profile layered with the floral and stone fruit essence of Gewürztraminer and Riesling grapes. Hallertau Blanc hops enhance the vinous character, contributing notes of elderflower and white currant. The base of Pale Ale malt and Wheat malt provides a soft, bread-like foundation, while the high alcohol content is well-integrated, resulting in a sophisticated, sparkling-wine-like experience with a subtle funky edge.
Appearance. Deep golden to pale amber in color; displays a fine-beaded white head with moderate retention and delicate lacing. Clarity is good, showing only a slight brilliance-robbing haze from the wheat and yeast maturation.
Aroma. High intensity with a sophisticated blend of lychee, rose petal, and peach from the Gewürztraminer and Riesling grapes.
