This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant fusion of sharp lactic acidity and punchy hop character. Fermented with Kveik, it displays a complex ester profile of tropical fruit and orange, which seamlessly integrates with the dry-hop additions of Citra and Chinook. The Citra hops contribute intense layers of lime and grapefruit, while Chinook adds a subtle resinous pine and additional citrus depth. The result is a bright, refreshing sour IPA where the zesty tartness from the lactic acid bacteria elevates the hop-forward profile, leading to a crisp, bone-dry finish that emphasizes its wild, contemporary nature.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold. Naturally hazy to opaque with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma defined by sharp, clean lactic sourness and a bouquet of hops. Notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and tropical mango are prominent, backed by subtle pine and the characteristic fruity, orange-like esters of Kveik yeast.

Taste. Initial impression is a brisk, clean acidity followed by vibrant hop flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, and lime. The malt is a neutral backdrop, providing just enough structure. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated with the tartness. The finish is dry and refreshing with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth. A crisp, slightly tongue-tingling acidity provides a refreshing sensation without being astringent.
