Double Jack is a powerful Double IPA that defines the classic West Coast profile with an aggressive yet balanced intensity. A triple dry-hopped approach delivers a potent sensory experience, leading with pungent aromas of tangerine and grapefruit, followed by deep notes of resinous pine and tropical pineapple. Despite its robust 9.5% ABV, a sturdy malt backbone provides enough body to moderate the firm hop bitterness. Appearance. Ranging from gold to light orange-copper with excellent clarity; supports a moderate, persistent off-white head with fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tangerine, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Background notes of pineapple and herbal spice are supported by a clean, neutral grainy malt character and a hint of smooth alcohol.
