No Vacancy is a vibrant West Coast American IPA that bridges eras with surgical precision. The sensory journey begins with an explosive nose of tropical pineapple and resinous dankness, driven by a multifaceted Mosaic hop profile featuring Incognito and Cryo enhancements. These new-school aromatics are grounded by a classic, firm bitterness derived from Cascade hops, providing a sharp, refreshing counterpoint that harks back to the style's roots. A lean, pale malt base ensures the hop character remains the primary focus, finishing crisp and bone-dry. It is a polished collision of citrus pith and exotic fruit, showcasing a clean, bright fermentation profile.
Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a deep golden hue and light amber highlights. It supports a resilient, fine-beaded white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.
Aroma. Intense and layered hop-forward bouquet. Primary notes of ripe pineapple, mango, and heavy resinous dankness from the Mosaic additions are prominent. Underlying these are classic floral and grapefruit citrus cues from Cascade. The malt is understated, presenting as clean, crackery grain with a neutral fermentation profile.
