Despite the significant 7.4% ABV, the alcohol is well-hidden within a full body and a distinctly creamy mouthfeel. On the palate, the stone fruit sweetness is balanced by bright orange and lemon citrus flavors, leading to a smooth, low-bitterness finish. This expression focuses on hop saturation and a soft, pillowy texture over sharp bitterness, delivering a lush, fruit-laden sensory experience.
Appearance.Light yellow (3-4 SRM). Delicate white head with moderate retention. Opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine; no visible particulates or yeast clumps.
Aroma.High intensity. Dominated by tropical hop character including pineapple, mango, and exotic fruit. Background notes of neutral, bready malt. Clean fermentation profile with supportive fruity esters.
Taste.High fruity hop flavor reflecting the pineapple and mango from the aroma, followed by distinct orange and lemon citrus. Low perceived bitterness. Malt is lightly bready and supportive. Finish is smooth and off-dry, with lingering fruitiness and no hop harshness.

Al naso colpiscono subito le note tropicali di mango ed ananas, sentori conferiti dalla luppolatura, generose quantità di luppolo utilizzate sia in fase whirlpool che in double dry hopping. Al palato è cremosa e dal corpo pieno, ai sentori tropicali ritrovati dall'olfatto si uniscono anche note di arancia e limone. Finale piacevolmente amaro e fruttato.
