The Mosaic hops deliver signature notes of blueberry, mango, and a hint of resinous pine, which meld seamlessly with the decadent, toasted character of the coconut additions. At 9.1% ABV, the beer offers a smooth, integrated warmth that supports its bold fruit profile without becoming heavy. Appearance. Light orange-gold with a moderate haze. Topped by a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves thick lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by Mosaic-derived blueberry, tropical papaya, and citrus zest. A distinct, toasted coconut layer provides a rich, almost vanilla-like sweetness. Very low, clean maltiness with a soft, warm alcohol presence in the background.
