The aroma is dominated by a complex bouquet of Motueka, Azacca, Hallertau Blanc, and Citra, yielding layered notes of zesty lime, tropical mango, and crushed gooseberry. On the palate, a lean, grainy-sweet malt backbone provides just enough support for the aggressive hop character and firm bitterness. The finish is strikingly dry, accentuated by a smooth 8% ABV warmth and a lingering citrus resin. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a slight, persistent haze. Crowned by a dense, white, long-lasting head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
