Marshmallow Drip is a decadent exploration of dessert-like complexity, built upon an immense American Stout base. The sensory experience is dominated by the plush, sugary sweetness of marshmallow and creamy vanilla, which soften the intense alcohol presence. Heavily roasted coffee provides a sharp, balancing bitterness against the rich, oily character of peanut butter. Dark malts contribute deep layers of bittersweet chocolate and espresso, while the high gravity delivers a significant, soul-warming glow. It is a viscous, indulgent pour where aggressive roast character meets a velvety, confectionery finish, creating a bold, multi-layered profile of roasted nuts, charred sugars, and dark cocoa.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (SRM 40+). It pours with a thick, persistent, dark tan head that leaves dense, oily lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aromas of freshly roasted coffee and dark chocolate are layered with heavy notes of sweet marshmallow and vanilla. A distinct nutty peanut butter character is present, supported by low resinous hop notes and a clean but strong alcohol warmth. Light dark fruit esters like prune or raisin emerge as it warms.

Taste. Initial impression is richly sweet and intensely roasty. Malt flavors of espresso, burnt toast, and bittersweet chocolate are prominent. The mid-palate features creamy peanut butter and sugary marshmallow, balanced by a firm hop and roast bitterness. The finish is long and lingering, featuring a blend of vanilla bean, roasted grain, and a smooth alcohol heat.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and viscous with a thick, syrupy coating on the palate. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is strong and noticeable but well-integrated. Very low astringency despite the heavy roast, with a distinct creaminess from the adjuncts.
