The roasted malt provides a firm backbone of charred grain and espresso bitterness, balancing the significant residual sweetness. Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a viscous, chewy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. A significant but smooth alcohol warmth is present, reflecting its high gravity without being sharp.
