Blueberry Drip is a lavish and decadent Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer that presents an indulgent, multi-layered sensory experience built upon a high-gravity imperial base. Aroma. High intensity. Bold notes of dark-roasted coffee and creamy peanut butter lead, supported by a distinct jammy blueberry character. Underlying aromas of rich chocolate, toasted malts, and sweet vanilla bean provide a lush foundation. Low hop aroma; no significant fermentation esters beyond the fruit.

Taste. Massive initial sweetness of dark fruit and vanilla. Strong flavors of peanut butter and espresso follow, melded with heavy roasted malt, cocoa, and molasses. The blueberry provides a subtle tartness that balances the high residual sugar. Hop bitterness is low to moderate, serving primarily to provide structure. The finish is long and coating, featuring lingering nuttiness and berry skin.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and highly viscous with a chewy, palate-coating texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. Significant alcohol warmth is present but smooth and well-integrated. Very low astringency despite the coffee and fruit additions.
