This youthful New World Cider presents a vibrant, sensory-forward profile driven by a blend of Gala, Red Delicious, and Pink Lady apples, balanced by Packham and Beurre Bosc pears. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel preserves a fresh, primary fruit character defined by juicy ripe apples and a zesty citrus brightness. Subtle notes of pear and tart rhubarb weave through the bone-dry, crisp palate. It is refreshingly effervescent with a balanced acidity that highlights the natural orchard fruit without the weight of added sugar.
