This vibrant take on a Witbier blends the classic Belgian wheat profile with a burst of summer fruit. The sensory experience is led by an intense aroma of fresh red raspberry and zesty lemon juice, layered over a soft, bready foundation of unmalted wheat and pale barley malt. The addition of fresh lemon zest complements the traditional coriander spice, while the raspberry provides a bright, slightly tart fruit character that dances on the palate. Effervescent and refreshing, it maintains a creamy yet light texture, finishing crisp and dry with a lingering berry essence that highlights the brewer's focus on a fruit-forward, seasonal delight.
Appearance. 4–7 SRM; hazy to opaque with a soft pink to light ruby hue from the raspberry. Features a dense, moussy, light pink-tinted head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh red raspberry and bright, zesty lemon. Beneath the fruit lies a moderate bready, grainy wheat character with subtle hints of honey and a light, peppery coriander spice. No hop aroma is present.
