Triple Raoul delivers an immersive sensory experience, showcasing an intricate blend of 2024 hand-selected Eggers Nelson and Freestyle Motueka alongside Citra and NZ Cascade. This Double IPA leads with an intense bouquet of crushed white grapes, zesty lime, and ripe mango. On the palate, the vinous character of Nelson meets the bright citrus punch of Citra and Motueka, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. Despite its 10% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a firm but polished bitterness. The finish is remarkably smooth, trailing with lingering notes of gooseberry and floral NZ Cascade, embodying a sophisticated, modern hop-forward powerhouse.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper. Opaque, hazy appearance with a large, creamy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and thick, soapy lacing.

Aroma. Intensity is high, featuring a complex hop bouquet of gooseberry, white wine grapes, lime zest, and tropical passionfruit. A neutral, grainy malt character stays in the background, complemented by a clean fermentation profile and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong tropical and vinous hop flavor leads with notes of mango, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and citrus peel. Low, clean malt support provides a soft base for a moderately high bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but well-integrated and restrained alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
