Stalking Prey is a potent Double IPA that showcases an intense aromatic profile driven by Galaxy and Nelson hops. This 8.8% ale leads with high-intensity notes of ripe passion fruit, juicy pineapple, and distinctive white wine grape. The presence of Nelson provides a sophisticated gooseberry and crushed grape character, while Galaxy reinforces the tropical depth with peach and citrus undertones. Built on a soft, neutral malt base, it balances its significant alcohol strength with a firm but smooth bitterness. The experience concludes with a clean, dry finish that allows the complex, pungent hop oils to linger on the palate.

Appearance. Hazy gold to light orange color (SRM 7-9). Features a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing and a soft, opaque clarity typical of modern interpretations.
