This Triple Dry-Hopped American IPA, a collaboration with Brujos Brewing, presents a masterclass in modern West Coast aromatics. The sensory profile is defined by an intense hop saturation, featuring the stone fruit and pineapple notes of Nectaron alongside the bright citrus punch of Citra. Mosaic adds layers of tropical berry and melon, while Simcoe provides a classic resinous and pine-forward foundation. Despite the massive hop load, the beer maintains the hallmark clarity and snap of the style, delivering a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes firm bitterness over a clean, lean malt base. It is a vibrant, fruit-forward interpretation of a classic silhouette.

Appearance. Brilliant, clear medium gold with a large, frothy white head characterized by excellent persistence and heavy lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant stone fruit (peach, nectarine), grapefruit zest, and tropical passion fruit. Secondary notes of pine resin and light blueberry emerge against a very low, clean, crackery malt background. Fermentation is very clean with no notable esters.

Taste. The palate lead with a sharp, clean hop bitterness that persists into the finish. High hop flavors of resinous pine, grapefruit, and ripe peach dominate. The malt is minimalist, providing a subtle grainy, toasted flour support. Finishes bone-dry and crisp with a lingering, pleasant bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily hop texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing bite. A light, clean alcohol warmth is perceptible but well-integrated.
