Kawau is an intense Double IPA that showcases a vibrant, southern-hemisphere-inspired hop profile. The synergy of Rakau, Citra, and Motueka hops creates a multi-layered sensory experience, leading with pungent aromas of ripe apricot, crushed lime, and tropical mango. On the palate, the stone fruit character of Rakau is bolstered by the bright citrus zest of Citra and the distinct mojito-like lime of Motueka. A clean, supportive malt presence allows the hops to remain front and center, leading to a smooth, warming finish with a firm but integrated bitterness. This Double IPA balances its strength with high drinkability and a saturated fruit character.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, deep gold to light orange (8–10 SRM) with a thick, creamy, persistent white head that leaves dense lacing.
