This Double IPA presents a vivid sensory experience centered on the interplay between Citra and Nectaron hops. The aroma is highly intense, delivering lush notes of ripe nectarine, stone fruit, and pineapple from the Nectaron, while Citra contributes bright layers of grapefruit and tropical zest. A clean, neutral malt backbone supports these bold hop characters without adding sweetness. The flavor follows suit with a saturated hop profile and a firm, assertive bitterness that remains smooth on the tongue. Medium-bodied and effervescent, it concludes with a crisp, dry finish and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth characteristic of its strength.
